Dr. Diana Gamez is currently a Chancellor Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Chicanx and Central American Studies at UCLA. She received her PhD in Anthropology from UC Irvine. Her research spans the intersection of Guatemala, multiple women’s struggles from the 1970s to the 2020s, archives, race, gender, sexuality, and class.
